1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use apply when you visit pagenook.in or buy from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Our Products

• All our products are handmade in our Kerala studio, so small differences in colour, size or finish are normal — they’re part of what makes each piece unique, and not a defect.
• Miniature books are showpieces. They do not open and have no pages inside. They are made for display and should be handled gently.
• Because the books are tiny, some small text on the covers may not be readable.
• Product photos are for reference. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and props or containers shown in photos are not included unless stated.
• Our products contain small parts and are not toys. Please keep them away from young children.

3. Custom & Personalised Orders

• For custom orders, please give us the book title, design or text in the Order Notes box at checkout, or send it to us on WhatsApp.
• We make the item exactly as you share it, so please double-check spellings, names and titles before ordering. We can’t take responsibility for mistakes in the details you send.
• Custom orders may take extra time. We’ll share an expected timeline when you order.
• If a cover or design isn’t clear enough to reproduce well, we’ll contact you before starting.

4. Book Covers & Your Designs

• Book cover artwork, titles and author names belong to their respective authors, publishers and artists. Our miniature replicas are handmade tributes for fans and collectors, and we don’t claim ownership of the original artwork.
• When you send us a design, photo, logo or cover for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We may decline any order we feel is offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Pagenook’s own logo, photos, product designs and website content belong to us. Please don’t copy or use them without permission.

5. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We currently accept payment by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps) through our secure payment partner.
• Your order is confirmed only after payment is received.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout won’t change for that order.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India.
• Ready-made orders are usually dispatched within 7working days, and custom orders within 7-14working days.
• Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location and the courier, usually 5 days.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• You’ll receive tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We’re not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address, or by courier delays outside our control.

7. Cancellations

• Ready-made items: you can cancel within [24 hours] of ordering, or before the order is shipped, for a full refund.
• Custom and personalised items: these can only be cancelled before we start making them. Once work has begun, they can’t be cancelled.
• We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, or the details given are incomplete or incorrect. If we do, you’ll get a full refund.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• As our products are handmade and often personalised, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• Damaged or wrong item? Message us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video if possible. We’ll send a replacement, or refund you if a replacement isn’t possible.
• Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within [5–7] working days.

9. Discounts & Offers

• Coupon codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be added after the order is placed.
• Each code is valid for a limited time and can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise.
• Offers can’t be combined unless clearly mentioned.
• We may end an offer at any time, or cancel orders that misuse a code.

10. Your Account

• You’re responsible for keeping your account login and password safe.
• Please give us correct and up-to-date details.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse of the website.

11. Using Our Website

Please don’t misuse pagenook.in. This includes trying to hack the site, placing fake orders, copying our content in bulk, or using the site for anything illegal.

12. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
